These exciting appointments and promotions across product, operations, growth, customer experience and more are designed to improve the provider, patient and employee experience.
We're strengthening our executive team with key appointments that will accelerate our technology and growth initiatives: Jake Poses joins as Vice President of Product Jake will oversee Headway’s product, product design and product marketing functions. Jake joins us from LinkedIn, where he led the core feed product used by over 100 million people weekly. His entrepreneurial journey includes founding Jumprope, a platform for step-by-step video content that was acquired by LinkedIn in 2021, and scaling Thumbtack from an 8-person startup to a marketplace leader with over 500 employees. At Thumbtack, Jake built and led a 50-person product team across product management, design, analytics, and product marketing. Having experienced firsthand how investing in mental health can transform lives, he's passionate about making these essential resources more accessible while helping therapists focus on what they do best – supporting their patients. Rob Sadow joins as Vice President of Strategy & Operations As we've served over one million patients and continue to expand our provider network, achieving operational excellence is crucial. Rob brings valuable experience as both a founder and strategic advisor to help us build robust goal-setting and business review processes while strengthening our operations and analytics capabilities. As founder and CEO of Scoop, he scaled the company to tens of millions in revenue and hundreds of employees, gaining firsthand experience in managing rapid growth while maintaining operational excellence. Before his entrepreneurial journey, Rob honed his strategic thinking at Bain & Company, where he advised companies across a number of sectors including healthcare and technology. His combination of startup leadership and management consulting expertise makes him uniquely qualified to help drive Headway's next phase of growth. Rutger Flohil has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer As one of Headway's earlier team members, Rutger joined us in 2020 and has been instrumental in scaling our growth function — whose mission is to support providers through their experience joining Headway — from 8 to over 300 people. In his expanded role, he'll oversee sales, provider marketing, customer success, and customer experience while continuing to drive revenue growth and enhance the provider experience. "From day one at Headway, I've seen that our growth and our providers' success are completely intertwined. When providers thrive in their practice, patients get better care, and we all move closer to our mission of building a truly accessible mental healthcare system,” said Rutger. “In this role I’m excited to focus on building teams and strategies that directly address what our providers need most. Their success is our north star, and I'm excited to deepen our commitment to making Headway the best possible platform for mental health providers to build their practice." These appointments follow Arnaud Ferreri recently joining as Chief Technology Officer. All four leaders will report to Founder & CEO Andrew Adams, rounding out a leadership team focused on building scalable, provider-centric solutions.
